Paula Ahlstone is a Registered Diagnostic Medical and Cardiac Sonographer who graduated from Loma Linda University Medical Center School of Allied Health.  After graduating she has provided ultrasound services for Community Memorial Hospital and Ventura County Medical Center where she trained the existing staff on the newest techniques of ultrasound.  For the past 20+ years, Paula has focused her career on obstetrics, gynecology, and infertility within private practice groups.

In recent years, Paula has worked closely for Dr. Pattamakom and Ideal Women’s Specialists.  Having gained her certification in early first trimester screening, Paula has attention to detail while still providing a personal memorable experience.

Paula and her husband, Derby, both grew up in Ventura and have been together for more than 30 years. They have raised their children, Daisy and Mac, on the beach in Ventura.  Paula is also an artist using natural materials influenced by her beach living.  She also enjoys rescuing and fostering dogs.

Paula looks forward to providing a personal diagnostic ultrasound experience with high quality 3D/4D imaging to the patients of Ideal Woman’s Specialists.
